At TBC Bank I design across two distinct platforms. a customer-facing mobile and web product, and FrontX, an internal tool used by branch employees across Georgia.

On the retail and business side, my work covers the full range of financial product experiences: loan prepayment and secured loan creation, card activation, business card registration, and data-heavy interfaces for bulk uploads and exports.

I also led design for Concept. TBC's premium segment - where I worked on lifestyle features like lounge access and fast track, tailored for high-value customers.

On FrontX, I own the design of core operational workflows: physical and business entity onboarding, subscription activation, card and saving account creation.

Worked the dashboard's information architecture and navigation system, which needed to support a wide range of tasks while keeping the experience fast and clear for branch staff.

Alongside product work, I've contributed to both design systems in play at TBC - building the FrontX system from the ground up, and actively contributing to TBC Digital throughout its development.

In 2021, I was selected as one of two participants to represent Georgia at an international hackathon in Kyiv, Ukraine, following a competitive national selection process.

The assigned theme was Smart City Solutions. I addressed a timely challenge shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid shift toward remote work. I designed a co-working space booking platform that enabled users to discover, reserve, and manage flexible workspaces across the city.
