Product Designer in TBC Bank
2021 - Till now
(Tbilisi, Georgia)
Currently, I drive the design strategy for TBC’s Retail and Business mobile and web platforms, where I focus on improving core user journeys and implementing scalable design solutions. By maintaining a unified visual language, I ensure a seamless experience across different digital touchpoints.
My role also extends to internal product development, specifically FrontX. I design complex internal workflows that empower branch employees to perform daily operations with high efficiency, bridging the gap between internal operational needs and high-quality customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Award

1st Place — Smart City Hackathon
2021
(Kyiv, Ukraine)
In 2021, I was selected as one of two participants to represent Georgia at an international hackathon in Kyiv, Ukraine, following a competitive national selection process.
The assigned theme was Smart City Solutions. I addressed a timely challenge shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid shift toward remote work. I designed a co-working space booking platform that enabled users to discover, reserve, and manage flexible workspaces across the city. The solution emphasized accessibility, real-time availability, and a frictionless booking experience
